 Air Fryer Sesame Chicken INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHICKEN 1 ½ pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger 1 garlic clove, minced ¾ teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup cornstarch FOR THE SAUCE ¼ cup of soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1/3 cup brown sugar ¼ cup of water 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 to 2 teaspoons chile paste (optional) 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat well. Air Fryer Cinnamon Apples Recipe Ingredients: 2 Large Apples 1 t Ground Cinnamon 1/8 t Salt Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 390°. Stir together cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut each apple into eighths. Toss apples with the cinnamon and salt mixture.  Arrange a single layer of the apple wedges in the air fryer. Cook for 4 minutes at 390°. Flip the apple wedges and cook for another 4 minutes until the apples are crisp.  Transfer the apple wedges to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely.  Repeat the process of cooking single layers of apple wedges until all are cooked and cooled.  Eat right away or store in an airtight container.

Air Fryer Cornish Game Hens Ingredients 2 Cornish game hens 4 tablespoons butter 1 orange 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon flat-leaf parsley 2 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon salt Instructions Add the melted butter and seasonings to a bowl and mix well. Cut a small orange or mandarin orange in half and put it into the cavity of each Cornish game hen. Gently pull up the skin on the breast of each hen. Spread the butter herb mixture under the skin, then rub the remaining butter all over the outside of each hen. Oil the bottom of the basket of your air fryer.  Add the two hens. Cook at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Open the air fryer and use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. If the temperature is 165 degrees F, your hens are done. If they are not hot enough internally, cook for an additional 10 minutes, and recheck the temperature. When the hens are finished, remove them from the air fryer
