Mini Crescent Dogs

Air Fryer Mini Crescent Dogs Ingredient 28-ounce package mini hot dogs 2 packages crescent rolls Sliced American cheese (optional) Instruction Preheat air fryer oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Unroll the crescent rolls, separate the triangles, and then using a pastry cutter or pizza cutter, slice each triangle into three strips. If you are using cheese, cut a slit into the center of a mini hot dog and place a small piece of cheese into the slit. Place a mini hot dog on the wide end of the strip and roll-up. Place point-side-down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the crescent rolls (you may have leftover mini hot dogs). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve plain or with ketchup and mustard on the side. These are best served warm or at room temperature the day they are made, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days

Air Fryer Scotch Eggs

Air Fryer Scotch Eggs Ingredients 1 pound uncooked bulk sausage 5-6 hard boiled eggs 1-2 raw eggs , beaten 1 cup coating choice (crushed pork rinds, almond flour, coconut flour or preferred coating) Mustard and/or hot sauce oil spray , for coating Instructions Peel hard boiled eggs. Divide the sausage into 5 or 6 equal parts, depending on how thick you want the sausage to wrap around the egg. Flatten each portion into a thin patty about 4” wide. Lay boiled egg in center and wrap sausage around the whole egg. Repeat for all eggs. Dip sausage-wrapped egg in beaten raw egg, then in breading. Spray outside of coated egg evenly with oil. Air Fryer Oven at 400°F for 15 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. The thicker the sausage layer, the longer it takes to cook.

Air Fryer Grilled Peaches INGREDIENTS: 2 peaches  1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter, diced into tiny squares Cool Whip or Ice Cream INSTRUCTIONS: Cut peaches into wedges and pull out pits In air fryer oven , set a piece of parchment paper on the frying basket Lay peach wedges, skin side up (on the side) on parchment Air fry at 350 for 5 minutes Mix together crumbs, brown sugar, and butter Flip peaches skin side down Spoon crumb mixture over top of peaches - try and keep the butter on top of the peaches as best you can Air fry at 350 for 5 minutes more Using a big spoon - spoon up peaches onto plates T

Chicken Parmesan Recipe Ingredients 2 - 8 oz chicken breasts ¼ c. shredded Parmesan not grated Parmesan 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs 2 eggs whisked ½ c. marinara sauce ½ c. mozzarella cheese Instructions Set temperature on Air Fryer Oven to 360 degrees F. Preheat 3 minutes. Cut chicken breasts in half, lengthwise and trim. Pound the chicken breasts into thinner pieces that are the same thickness. In a medium bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. In another bowl whisk the eggs together. Dip each piece of chicken in egg and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with remaining pieces of chicken. Place chicken breasts on the air flow rack. Add chicken breasts to preheated Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts over and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. AIR FRYER BANG BANG SHRIMP Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 8 mins Ingredients: 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 cup of Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour 1/2 cup of avocado mayo or regular mayo 1/4 cup of thai sweet chili sauce 1 tbs sriracha 1/2 cup of milk (can use an egg whisked if you have a dairy sensitivity) Olive oil spray Instructions: Coat the shrimp with the milk, one at a time remove shrimp from milk letting the excess liquid drip away. Crispy Chicken Taquitos Ingredients 3 cups cooked shredded chicken 1 teaspoon EACH chili powder garlic powder, cumin salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican blend, cheddar, or your favorite melting cheese 4 ounces cream cheese softened or at room temp ½ cup salsa of choice 12 small corn or flour tortillas Oil or cooking spray Sour-cream, Guacamole or avocado, tomato, cilantro, lime for topping optional Instructions Combine Shredded chicken, spices, and cheeses in a large bowl. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and divide the chicken and cheese mixture among the 12 tortillas. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Spray all sides of taquitos with cooking spray or brush with a light layer of oil.
