Air Fryer Oreos

Air Fryer Oreos INGREDIENTS 1 cup of self-rising flour  1 cup of plain nonfat Greek Yogurt 15 Reduced-Fat Oreos any kind or flavor  Lite Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup  2 tsp of powder sugar for dusting Pam Cooking Spray  INSTRUCTIONS Preheat air fryer oven to 400 degrees (200 degrees C).  Mix together the Greek Yogurt and self-rising flour together in a bowl until the dough forms. This dough is quite sticky to work with so you might need extra flour or water to dampen your hands with.  Place an Oreo in the middle of the dough and wrap the dough around the Oreo. If there is any extra dough just cut it off with scissors.  Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray.  Add the Oreo

AIR FRYER BABY BACK RIBS

AIR FRYER BABY BACK RIBS INGREDIENTS 1 rack baby back ribs 1 cup BBQ Sauce, more if you like to baste them. INSTRUCTIONS Start by patting the ribs down with a paper towel, then add the salt, pepper, and liquid smoke. After you rub it into the ribs, leave for about 5 minutes. Rub the BBQ Sauce over the ribs. Covering both the top and the bottom of the ribs. Place the ribs into the air fryer basket. Set the time for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F, and then flip them for another 10 minutes.  Baste the ribs with additional BBQ Sauce. Check the internal temperature of the ribs, they should be at 145 degrees F. Plate, serve, and enjoy it!

Crispy Air Fried Tofu

Crispy Air Fried Tofu INGREDIENTS 1 16-oz block extra-firm tofu 453 g 2 Tbsp soy sauce 30 mL 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil* 15 mL 1 Tbsp olive oil 15 mL 1 clove garlic minced INSTRUCTIONS Press: Press tofu for at least 15 minutes, using either a or by setting a heavy pan on top of it, letting the moisture drain. When finished, cut tofu into bite-sized blocks and transfer to a bowl. Flavor: Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over tofu and toss to coat. Let tofu marinate for an additional 15 minutes. AirFry: Preheat your air fryer oven to 375 ℉. Add tofu blocks to your air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally to promote even cooking.

Breakfast Sausage Egg Boats

Breakfast Sausage Egg Boats Ingredients 2 demi baguettes 2 tablespoons butter, melted 6 maple-flavored breakfast sausage links 5 large eggs 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives Dash of hot sauce Kosher salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Preheat air fryer oven to 350 degrees. Cut the center out of the baguettes and make a V shape for the filling. Brush the cut out center and top with melted butter and toast until lightly golden, about 5 minutes. Cook sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove and cut into bite-sized pieces. Divide the sausages between the toasted baguettes. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, chives and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the bread. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until puffed and set.

Sugared Pecans

Sugared Pecans Ingredients 1 egg white from a large egg 1 Tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 lb pecan halves ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt Instructions First, separate an egg and save the yolk for later. Then place the egg white in a large bowl with water and vanilla extract and use a whisk to whisk until the egg white mixture is frothy. Then add the pecans and stir until they are fully coated. Then add the white and brown sugars, cinnamon, and salt to the pecans and stir until the pecans pieces are covered. Place in air fryer basket and spread out, it's ok if your pecan pieces overlap a bit. Air fry on 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Once your 15 minutes are up, remove the pecans and lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to cook for about 5-10 minutes. You’ll notice that the sugar will have hardened in the 5 minutes.
