Air Fryer Fried Chicken

Air Fryer Fried Chicken Ingredients 2 pounds boneless chicken breast tenders 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp.coarsely ground black pepper 2 tbsp.hot sauce 2 tbsp. pickle juice 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 large eggs 1½ cups buttermilk 1 /2 olive oil Olive cooking spray Sauce 6 tablespoons cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 cup olive oil Instructions In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, salt, black pepper, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of pickle juice until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Pour the flour into a bowl. Whisk the eggs, buttermilk, and a tablespoon of hot sauce in a separate bowl. To dredge the chicken, place it in the flour toss each piece to evenly coat. Then place it into the buttermilk mixture, and then back into the flour. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet in a single layer. Continue to finish the other tenders. Let air dry for 10 minut

AIR FRYER MEXICAN PIZZA

 AIR FRYER MEXICAN PIZZA INGREDIENTS 2 1 point tortillas such as La Banderita  1 pound 96% lean ground beef  1 15 oz can Fat-Free Refried Beans  1 oz low sodium Taco seasoning 2 tablespoons of hot Sauce or Enchilada Sauce  1/4 cup Reduced-Fat Cheese  Tomatoes and Scallions INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef until brown and no longer pink. Add taco seasoning packet and water to the pan. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.  Spread ¼ cup of beans onto one tortilla. Evenly spread the taco seasoned ground beef on top of the refried beans and place the other tortilla on top to secure.  Set your air fryer to 400 degrees.  Carefully place the pizza in the air fryer basket and set the timer for 5 minutes. The top of the tortilla might fly around in the air fryer so make sure to put a wire rack on top of the tortilla to stop it from doing that.  After the 5 minutes is up, open up the basket. AIR FRYER TOASTED RAVIOLI

 AIR FRYER TOASTED RAVIOLI INGREDIENTS 1 (10 ounces) package refrigerated ravioli 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided Marinara and fresh parsley for serving INSTRUCTIONS Microwave a medium-sized bowl of water until boiling. Drop ravioli in for about 5 minutes. Drain. In a bowl combine bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. I gave the shredded cheese a bit of a rough chop. Beat eggs in a small bowl with the garlic salt. Dip ravioli in egg then press into bread crumbs, coating both sides. Fill the basket of your air fryer with a single layer of ravioli. Set to 350 degrees and 9 minutes. Remove from fryer and serve hot with marinara for dipping, with a nice dusting of fresh parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese.
