Crispy Fried Fish Ingredients 2 lbs of fresh cod about 2 cups of breadcrumbs 1-2 eggs, whisked 1-2 cups flour olive oil  salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preheat the Pinsoon air fryer oven to 400º F. Rinse the cod and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the filets if necessary so that they are all 1/2-3/4 ” thick.  The more uniform the filet’s width, the more uniform the cooking. Set up the flour, egg, and  breadcrumbs  in separate, consecutive bowls. Spray the frying basket with olive oil. Start with one filet.  Coat the fillet with flour. Then coat the  fillet  in egg. Then coat the fillet in the breadcrumbs.  Place on the basket. Repeat the process with all of the fillets. Once finished coating each fillet, Spray the tops of them with another quick spray of olive oil. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Use tongs to gently flip each piece of fish then spray the other side with olive oil. Cook for another 10 minutes.  Garnish the fillets with lemon w

Easy Oven Baked Pork Chops Ingredients Dry Rub 2   tablespoons   brown sugar 1/2   teaspoon   garlic powder 1   teaspoon   paprika 1/2   teaspoon   Italian seasoning or dried oregano 1/2   teaspoon   sea salt 1/4   teaspoon   ground black pepper The Pork 4   boneless pork chops (1-inch thick) 2   tablespoons   olive oil Instructions Preheat the air fryer oven to 375 F.  In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and season them with the dry rub. Make sure you rub the seasoning all over the pork chops (both sides). Place the pork chops onto the air fryer racks. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees. Great way to let the whole family get their favorite pizza!  INGREDIENTS: 1 (16-oz) package fresh pizza dough OR 1 batch Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough 4 tsp olive oil 1 cup No-Cook Pizza Sauce 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese favorite pizza toppings mushroom bacon INSTRUCTIONS: Cut dough into 4-equal pieces. Baking Red Potatoes Prep Time 12   minutes Cook Time 35   minutes Ingredients 2   cups   diced red potatoes 1   teaspoon   Italian seasoning ½   teaspoon   parsley flakes ½   teaspoon   salt ½   teaspoon   garlic powder ¼   teaspoon   black pepper Olive oil cooking spray Instructions Preheat  air fryer oven   to 350 degrees. Place diced potatoes in a large bowl and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Season with Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Place potatoes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Potatoes are done when they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. If you'd like the potatoes a little more golden brown, place them under the broiler for just a minute or two. Watch them closely!
