BAKED SPAGHETTI RECIPE

BAKED SPAGHETTI INGREDIENTS: 16-oz thin spaghetti 2 eggs 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 5 Tbsp butter melted 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 lb Italian sausage or hamburger, cooked 1 (24-oz) jar spaghetti sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat  air fryer oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Whisk together eggs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Toss with pasta. Place in prepared pan. Combine Italian seasoning, garlic, cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread over pasta. Combined cooked sausage or hamburger and spaghetti sauce. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes, or until cheese  is melted and bubbly.

Air Fryer Popcorn Chicken Ingredients Marinade 2 lbs chicken breast tenders cut into small pieces 2 cups almond milk 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 ground paprika Dry Ingredients 3 cups flour 3 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp paprika oil spray Instructions Set aside three shallow bowls on the counter. In a large ziplock bag, add the chicken and marinade ingredients. Marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours. In a large shallow bowl, add the dry ingredients. After marinating, place chicken and marinade into a large bowl. Working in small batches, dredge chicken chunks into dry ingredients, shake off excess flour, dunk again briefly into the marinade, then dredge for a second time in the dry ingredients, fully coating each piece of chicken.  low carb Chili Dog Bake INGREDIENTS QUICK HOT DOG SAUCE 1 pound of grass-fed ground beef 1 cup of beef broth 1/2 cup of no sugar added salsa 2 tsp chili powder 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt HOT DOG WRAPS 8 beef hot dogs, nitrate-free 4 low carb wraps of choice, halved 6 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded INSTRUCTIONS To make the Quick Hot Dog Sauce add in the grass-fed beef, broth, salsa, and all the spices into a saucepan and turn the burner on medium-high.  Note:  If you are not using very lean ground beef I recommend cooking and draining the ground beef first then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 min. Cook the hot dog sauce for 10 to 15 min stirring and breaking up the ground meat as needed to. You can taste and adjust the seasoning as needed after it simmers. As your Quick Hot Dog Sauce simmers cut the 4 wraps in half. Next roll one hot dog up in each half of the wraps

KILLER BAKED ZITI INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp . Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1   Organic Onion, finely chopped ( 1/2 cup ) 3   Cloves Organic Garlic, finely chopped 5 Cup s Marinara Sauce (about   46 ounce s) 1 – 2   teaspoons Sea Salt Freshly ground black pepper 1   pound dried ziti or penne pasta 1 Cup   Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese 1   Organic Egg 1/2 Cup   Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese 8 oz   Freshly Grated Whole Milk Organic Mozzarella Cheese 8 – 12   slices Provolone cheese from the deli counter INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the air fryer oven to 375 degrees. Pinsoon Personal Pizza Ingredients 1   Stonegate Mini Naan Round 2   tbsp   jarred pizza sauce 2   tbsp   shredded pizza cheese   6 or 7   mini Pepperoni Instructions Top the mini naan round with the pizza sauce, shredded pizza cheese, and mini pepperoni. Place the topped personal pizza into the basket of the Pinsoon air fryer oven . Set the air fryer to about 375 degrees F. "Fry" the pizza for between 5 to 7 minutes- or until cheese is completely melted and starting to brown. Serve immediately.

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT PUFF PASTRY DOUGH FROM SCRATCH INGREDIENT For approx. 1lb (500g) of puff pastry: 1/2 lb (250g) all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon (5g) salt 1/2 cup (125ml) of water 7 ounces (200g) butter INSTRUCTIONS 1.  Start by making the dough. Sift the flour over your work surface and make a well in the middle. Pour in the salt and water. Mix with your fingertips, gradually incorporating the flour. 2.  When the mixture has slightly thickened and is no longer in danger of sinking, quickly incorporate the remaining flour, adding a little water if necessary. Knead to form a ball, then make a cross-cut of 1 inch (2cm) deep — it helps to break the elasticity of the dough. Wrap with plastic and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. 3.  Meanwhile, place the butter between two sheets of greaseproof paper and flatten it by hand (I admit it’s a bit tedious!) or use a rolling pin. PEPPERONI BASIL TOMATO PUFFS INGREDIENTS 1 sheet puff pastry   1 or 2 tomatoes, sliced 1/2 cup shredded parmesan Pepperoni slices (2 per appetizer) Fresh basil, chopped 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 teaspoon water, for gilding Salt and fresh cracked pepper DIRECTIONS 1.  Preheat your air fryer oven to 360°F (180°C). Roll out the puff pastry and transfer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut 9 squares (approx. 3-inch/8cm) 2.  On each square, arrange a tomato slice, topped with 2 pepperoni slices, parmesan, salt, pepper and chopped basil. Fold to opposite corners of each square to form little boats. 3.  Brush each pastry with the egg yolk, then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before baking in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and pastries are puffed and golden. EASY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE   INGREDIENTS 2 bunches fresh broccoli (can also use frozen, about 1 1/2 bags) 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cut into pieces if desired) 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 slices bread 1 Tablespoon butter (melted) INSTRUCTIONS Preheat air fryer oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender and drain. Arrange stalks at the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Place cooked chicken breasts on top of broccoli. In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Break bread into small pieces and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over shredded cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

NOODLE BAKE INGREDIENTS: 1 (12-oz) package medium egg noodles 1 lb ground beef 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning 2/3 cup water 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained 1 (10.75oz) can cheddar cheese soup 16-oz sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat air fryer oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Cook ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine cooked taco meat, Rotel, cooked noodles, cheese soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake uncovered for 25~30 minutes, until bubbly.
