BAKED  MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS For the meatballs: 1 lb (500g) lean ground beef 3 spring onions, finely chopped 1 small bunch cilantro, finely chopped 1/2 coffee spoon chili powder (optional) Salt and fresh cracked black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 egg 1/3 cup (30g) all-purpose flour or coconut flour Pink peppercorns (optional) For the dipping sauce: 1 yogurt 1 small cucumber, finely diced DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F  2. Beat the egg with cilantro, spring onion, spices and a pinch of salt. Then combine with ground meat. 3. Lightly oil your fingers and palms and use a tablespoon to scoop up the beef mixture to make regular sized meatballs. 4. Lightly flour the meatballs and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. 5. Potato Chips Recipe Ingredients 2 Large Baking Potatoes 1 Can High Heat Cooking Spray 1/2 Tbsp Salt Instructions Begin by washing and slicing the potatoes. This needs to be very thin slices about 1/8 inch thick. Use a paper towel to soak up any excess water from the slices. Place the slices in an even layer in the air fryer basket, coat with spray, and a sprinkle of salt. Cook for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Rotate the potato chips and cook for an additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Repeat this process for the remaining potato slices.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
