Air Fryer Honey Mesquite Pork Chops Ingredients 1 1/2 tablespoons mesquite seasoning 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 bone-in center-cut pork chops, medium thickness Instructions Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a pie plate. Add pork chops and turn to coat them well. The spice mixture will be a thick paste, so you may need to really rub it into the pork chops. Cover and let marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature. They can marinate longer, but you will need to refrigerate them. Preheat Air Fryer Oven to 380 degrees for 3 minutes. Add pork chops and Air Fry for 10 minutes. Flip them over and pour any remaining spice mixture over them. Continue to Air Fry for another 10 minutes.

Air Fryer Jalapeno Popper Hasselback Chicken

Air Fryer Jalapeno Popper Hasselback Chicken Ingredients 4 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Instructions In a medium bowl, stir together bacon, cream cheese, jalapenos, and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Cut about 6 slits across the top of the chicken, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the slits.  Place chicken in air fryer basket and set to Air Fry Oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Nori Chips

Nori Chips Ingredients: 3 nori sheets, untoasted were used for this recipe but toasted will also work olive oil sea salt optional spices of your choice such as onion powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds, and so on. Instructions: Preheat the  air fryer oven to 350F. Cut the nori sheets into four with a knife or kitchen shears (once horizontally, once vertically), or cut in whatever shape will fit your container. Place the nori on an air flow rack in a single layer. Lightly brush the nori with oil using a pastry brush or your fingers. Sprinkle the nori with sea salt and powdered spice of your choice. It should stick to the oil. Bake for about 10~15 minutes, until the nori chips become dry, green, and crispy, and begin to pucker a bit.

BAKE SAUSAGE

BAKE SAUSAGE Ingredients 2 lbs uncooked Italian or Polish sausage 1 cup barbecue sauce Instructions 1. Preheat the air fryer oven to 400F. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. 2. Using your hands, coat the sausages with ½ cup of barbecue sauce. 3. Put the sausages on the air fryer basket. 4. Bake for 25 minutes. 5. Remove from the oven and brush the remaining ½ cup of barbecue sauce over the sausages using the pastry brush. 6. Return the sausages to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

PALEO PUMPKIN BREAD INGREDIENTS l 4 eggs l 1 teaspoon vanilla extract l 1/4 cup (85 grams) honey or maple syrup for low FODMAP l 1/2 cup (105 grams) melted coconut oil l 1 cup (225 grams) pumpkin puree l 1/2 cup (56 grams) coconut flour l 1 teaspoon baking soda l 1 teaspoon cinnamon l 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg l 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves l 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger        pumpkin seeds for topping optional   INSTRUCTIONS 1.  Heat your  air fryer oven to 350°F 2.  Beat the eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
