 AIR FRYER BEEF JERKY RECIPE INGREDIENTS 1 pound beef round cut into 1/4 inch strips 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper INSTRUCTIONS Combine sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper in a gallon Ziploc bag or shallow casserole. Add beef and shake bag to coat ensuring all the pieces are coated in marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Take strips out and place them in the air fryer basket in one layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in two batches. Set temperature to 180 F and time to 60 minutes. When done, add another 30 minutes for a total of 1.5 hours. Enjoy when cooled. Can be stored for eternity at room temperature.

Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

 Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings INGREDIENTS 4 cups cauliflower florets - one head 4-5 cups florets ¼ cup dairy-free butter - melted ¾ cup buffalo sauce - Frank's has one and it is vegan - you can use the homemade sauce in the notes. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil - for the air fryer Crumbs mixture 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl whisk together butter and buffalo sauce. Add in the cauliflower florets and toss until well coated. Crumbs coating Combine bread crumbs and seasonings in a separate large bowl. Transfer the cauliflower to the bread crumb mixture and toss again to coat well. Set the air fryer to 350 F and spread olive oil on to the basket, put half of the cauliflower in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until cauliflower is golden brown and cooked through. Cook the rest of the prepped cauliflower the same way and serve with ranch and celery sticks. Air Fryer Chicken Parm

 Air Fryer Chicken Parm Ingredients 3 chicken breasts medium size, thawed 2 eggs whisked 1/4 c bread crumbs 1/4 c parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 c marinara sauce 1/2 c mozzarella cheese shredded, or more Instructions In a small bowl whisk eggs, in another bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and onion, and garlic powder. Dredge chicken breast in egg, then cover in bread crumb mixture generously shaking off excess. (make sure breasts are about med. size and are all similar sizes so they cook evenly) Spray inside of air fryer basket with non-stick spray and put coated breasts inside. Close and set the air fryer to 360 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cook time will depend on the thickness of the chicken. Open basket and spoon marinara sauce over cooked breasts, then sprinkle with cheese. Air fry for additional 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle top with Italian seasonings and serve!
