​Steak and Asparagus Bundles

Steak and Asparagus Bundles Ingredients 2½ lbs flank-steak, cut into 6 pieces 2 cloves garlic, crushed ½ cup tamari-sauce 3 bell-peppers seeded and sliced thinly 1 lb asparagus-trimmed ⅓ cup beef broth ¼ cup balsamic-vinegar kosher-salt or black-pepper olive-oil spray 2 tbsp unsalted butter Instructions Season steaks with pepper & salt and then place steaks to a large zip top-bag. Add: tamari-sauce & garlic, seal bag. Massage steaks in the order they're completely coated. Transfer to refrigerator & let it marinate for at least one hour to overnight. When ready to assemble, remove steaks from marinade & place on a cutting board or sheet, discard marinade.

Crispy Spicy Kale Chips

Crispy Spicy Kale Chips Ingredients ½ pound kale washed and dried 1 tsp homemade or store-bought Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp olive oil Instructions Remove and discard the hard rib from the center of each leaf. Tear the leaves into small bite-size pieces. In a bowl place the kale, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning and toss to coat. Preheat the air fryer to 200ºF for 5 minutes. Add the kale into the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until leaves is crisp. Cool completely before serving.

Air Fryer Blooming Onion

Air Fryer Blooming Onion INGREDIENTS FOR THE ONION 1 large yellow onion 3 large eggs 1 c. breadcrumbs 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. kosher salt FOR THE SAUCE 2/3 c. mayonnaise  2 tbsp. ketchup 1 tsp. horseradish  1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. dried oregano   Kosher salt Instructions Slice off onion stem and set onion on the flat side. Cut an inch from the root down, into 12 to 16 sections, being careful not to cut all the way through. Flip over and gently pull out sections of onion to separate petals.  In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and 1 tablespoon water.

Spicy Roasted Peanuts

Spicy Roasted Peanuts Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 teaspoons seafood seasoning 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 8 ounces of raw peanuts salt to taste Instructions Preheat an air fryer oven to 320 degrees F  Whisk together olive oil, seafood seasoning, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl. Add peanuts and stir until peanuts are evenly coated. Transfer peanuts to the air fryer basket. Cook peanuts in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Toss and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the basket from the air fryer oven and salt peanuts to taste. Toss peanuts one last time and cook 5 additional minutes. Transfer peanuts to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool.

Zucchini Chips Dehydrated

Zucchini Chips Dehydrated Ingredients 3 Zucchini 2 Tablespoons of olive oil 2 Tablespoons of freshly ground thyme 2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds 1/2 Teaspoon of salt 1 A teaspoon of freshly grated garlic Instructions Clean and dry zucchini Cut them into thin slices. Place all the zucchinis into a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, freshly ground thyme, sesame seeds, salt, and garlic. Gently mix all together and place it onto the airflow racks. Press the dehydrator mode, set the temperature and time to 120F, 8H Switch the plates every 2 hours to get the drying process evenly. Once done store it in the airtight container or enjoy it.

AIR FRIED OKRA

AIR FRIED OKRA INGREDIENTS 1 pound okra, caps and tips cut off and sliced (about 20) 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cornmeal 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Oil spray INSTRUCTIONS Preheat air fryer oven   to 400 F (200 C). In a shallow bowl combine egg and milk. In another bowl combine flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper. Toss okra into the egg mixture, then transfer in batches to flour mixture. Lightly shake off excess flour and transfer to Air Fryer Basket.  Spray okra with oil spray and air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden, shaking the basket two times during cooking. Spray with more oil as needed so all the floury spots are covered.

Air Fryer Green Beans

Air Fryer Green Beans Ingredients 2 c green beans 1/2 toil Instructions Preheat the air fryer oven. Wash green beans and cut off ends if necessary. Toss beans with oil. Put beans into the air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees F for 10 minutes. ENJOY!

Breakfast Stuffed Peppers

Breakfast Stuffed Peppers Ingredients 1 bell pepper halved, middle seeds removed 4 eggs 1 tsp olive oil 1 pinch salt and pepper 1 pinch sriracha flakes for a bit of spice, optional Instructions Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and middle leaving the edges intact like bowls. Use your finger to rub a bit of olive oil just on the exposed edges (where it was cut). Crack two eggs into each bell pepper half. Sprinkle with desired spices. Place them on the air fryer basket Preheat the air fryer oven for about 3 minutes Cook them at 390 degrees for 13 minutes (times will vary slightly according to how well done you like your egg ). Alternatively, if you'd rather have your bell pepper and eggless brown on the outside

Roasted Carrots

Roasted Carrots Ingredients 16 oz bag baby carrots 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Instructions Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Transfer ingredients to your air fryer basket . Air fry at 360° for 18-22 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Air Fryer Corn

Air Fryer Corn Ingredients 4 fresh ears of corn 3 teaspoons vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste Instructions Preheat the air fryer oven to 400 degrees. Remove the husks , wash the corn and pat dry. Cut the corn to fit in your air fryer. Lightly and evenly drizzle the oil over the corn. Season with salt and pepper. Put in your preheated air fryer at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.

Air Fryer Pumpkin

Air Fryer Pumpkin Ingredients 2 lb pumpkin  olive oil spray ½ tsp nutmeg or other spices (optional)   Instructions Preheat air fryer oven to 360°F. Cut the pumpkin into wedges or chunks approx. ½ inch thick. Place the pumpkin pieces into the air fryer basket. If possible arrange the pieces so they are not touching, otherwise, be sure to shake the basket halfway through cooking. Spray the pumpkin with olive oil. Optional: sprinkle nutmeg of other spices over the pumpkin. Place basket into the air fryer. Roast pumpkin in the air fryer for 10 minutes. It will be tender and golden when it is done. 

Baked Oysters

Baked Oysters Ingredients 2 kilos fresh oysters 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup minced fried garlic Dash of pepper 1/4 cup melted butter Instructions Open oysters. Clean the part with the meat and discard the other shell. Top each shell with cheese, garlic, and butter then sprinkle with a dash of pepper. Preheat the air fryer oven for about 3 minutes. Place the Oysters on the airflow rack and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Serve immediately. Enjoy it!

BAKED KING CRAB

BAKED KING CRAB INGREDIENTS  2 lbs king crab legs  1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature and softened  1 teaspoon Sriracha  1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice  1/2 tablespoon sugar  3 dashes smoked paprika and more for dusting  1 tablespoon chopped parsley and/or chives DIRECTIONS Preheat air fryer oven to 400F. Cut the king crab legs into shorter segments using a pair of scissors. Cut the crab leg segments lengthwise to expose the crab meat. Alternatively, you can also cut the top part of the shell to expose the crab meat. Arrange the king crab legs in the airflow rack and bake for 20 minutes. In the meantime, make the Sriracha Lemon Butter by whipping the softened butter with a whisk. Add the Sriracha, lemon juice and sugar, whisk to comb

Air Fried Lobster Tails Recipe

Air Fried Lobster Tails Recipe Ingredients 2 6oz lobster tails 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chopped chives 1 tsp lemon juice Instructions Prepare butter mixture by combining butter, garlic, salt, chives and lemon juice. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting through the shell, removing the meat and resting it on top of the shell. Place in Air Fryer basket and spread butter over the top of lobster meat. Close Air Fryer basket and cook on 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes. Open Air fryer basket and spread more butter on top, cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until done.

Fried Calamari Ring

Fried Calamari Ring Ingredients 16 oz Raw, Boneless Squid  ½ cup Cornstarch  ¼ cup Olive Oil  ½ tsp Paprika  ½ tsp Curry Powder  8 fl oz water  cooking oil spray Instructions Wash and cut the squid body into rings. Cut the tentacles into 2" lengths. Combine and mix ingredients in a bowl. Add squid to mixture and stir. Preheat the air fryer oven . Set the temperature to 390° F and cook for 30 minutes. Spray the basket with the cooking oil spray to prevent sticking. Add the squid to the basket and spray with another coat of oil. Flip the calamari after 15 minutes to make sure it is evenly cooked. Continue cooking until golden brown.
